Farmer’s Market & Cottage Food

With the passing of HB 0478, new regulations went in to effect in October 2015 regarding Cottage Food and Farmer’s Markets. Please refer to the comparison chart and forms below to see which option may be best for you.

The products allowed at a Farmer’s Market are also allowed for Cottage Food.
