2019 Fire Station Flu Shot Fridays!
Come get your 2019 flu shot with Great Falls Fire Rescue and the City-County Health Department’s immunization experts!
Have some family fun and fight the flu with a 2019 flu shot! Each Friday in October from 2PM to 5PM, we’re teaming up to give flu shots to anyone six months of age and older. So come meet our firefighters, see a real firetruck, and take some photos. Great Falls Fire Rescue will also be offering free car seat installations and inspections.
And above all, get yourself and the whole family vaccinated! All of our public health nurses are experts in matching patients of every age to the appropriate vaccine for them. We will have a higher dose vaccine available for adults over 50.
Flu shots are free with most insurances, and cost $30 with all other forms of payment. NO CHILD WILL BE DENIED SERVICES FOR AN INABILITY TO PAY.
Also, please make sure you also check out our Facebook page to RSVP to these exciting events and share them with your friends! Let’s spread the word and protect everyone around you. Because kids and adults over 50 are most vulnerable to getting complications from the flu, getting a flu shot protects you and, most importantly, them.
You can find the events here:
- First Friday: October 4th at Fire Station 1 (105 9th St S)
- Second Friday: October 11th at Fire Station 2 (731 6th St NW)
- Third Friday: October 18th at Fire Station 3 (3325 Central Ave)
- Fourth Friday: October 25th at Fire Station 4 (1800 Fox Farm Rd)
All fire station clinics will be held from 2PM to 5PM. Want to know more about why you should get a flu shot? Or perhaps you have to work every Friday and want to learn more about our other 2018 flu shot clinics?
