Healthy Lives, Vibrant Futures — a Community Health Symposium on 1/17/19
When: Thursday, January 17, 2019, from 3-5 PM
Where: Heritage Hall, Great Falls College – MSU
Every three years, we develop a Community Health Needs survey and send it to homes throughout Cascade County, inviting residents of all backgrounds to have a voice in our work.
This event, in which we discuss the results of this survey and our plan for the future of community health in our county, is open to the public and free of charge! Please join us for the “Healthy Lives, Vibrant Futures” Community Health Symposium on January 17, 2019 in Heritage Hall (Great Falls College – MSU) at 3pm.
The newly launched “Healthy Lives, Vibrant Futures” Coalition will use all community feedback and discussion at the symposium to develop a Community Health Improvement Plan that will guide our work in the coming years.
Slides for the PowerPoint presentation by Tanya Houston, CCHD’s health officer, are available here.
The secondary data handout is available here.
The Healthy Lives, Vibrant Futures Symposium Report, containing an explanation of the community health needs assessment process, as well as community health survey data, is available here.
