Community Health Care Center

The CHCC is a division of the City-County Health Department.  It is a not for profit Federally Qualified Health Center focusing on providing high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental and behavioral health care.  The CHCC is funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Primary Health Care.

Who We Serve

The CHCC provides services for all residents of Cascade County and its surrounding communities, regardless of race, sex, religion, or income.  We especially focus on serving individuals who are low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and those who could not otherwise afford medical and dental care.

Billing & Payment

We are dedicated to providing affordable health and dental care for patients regardless of income, insurance or ability to pay.  CHCC is not a free clinic, therefore patients who are not covered by public or private insurance are charged on a sliding fee scale, based on their income, which renders health care affordable to all patients.
