UPDATE: H1N1 Flu in Montana

The Montana State Department of Public Health and Human Services has confirmed 12 cases of H1N1 in Montana- however, there are no confirmed cases in Cascade County at this time.  This strain of flu continues to present as a generally mild illness, however it is spreading throughout the country.  As always, everyday precautions are recommended to keep you and your family healthy.  Additionally, the seasonal influenza strains continue to circulate through our communities in Montana.  For updates on the statewide situation, please visit www.dphhs.mt.gov

1- Wash your hands frequently throughout the day.

2- Cover your coughs and sneezes.

3- Stay home when you are sick.

4- Avoid touching your nose, mouth and eyes.
